It is now possible to apply to courses offered in the Spring semester 2014. Students with a Swedish personal number should apply through www.antagning.se. International students may apply through www.universityadmissions.se.
Admissions to Courses starting Spring 2014
All admissions are processed through www.antagning.se and the English version of the site, www.universityadmissions.se. It is still possible to apply to many of our Spring courses.
Admissions will be published on January 8th, 2014. After that date you can log-in to see the result of your application.
Those of you who have been accepted into our courses will receive a PIN code in the mail, with which you can log in to the Student Portal, www.studentportalen.uu.se. If you didn't receive a PIN code you can still get a student account by following the instructions on that page.
Reserve admissions and late admissions will be processed starting January 16th 2014. Those who are admitted as reserves or late admissions will be contacted by e-mail, using the e-mail address that was provided by the student in the application process.
Students accepted into Distance courses or Musicology B or C must register on the Student Portal.The registration deadline is published there. Please note that if you do not register by the deadline you lose your place in the course and it will be offered to the next person on the reserve list.
Students accepted into the other campus courses (Musicology A, Music Theory 1 and Master-level courses) are registered on the basis of attendance on the first day of classes. The date and time of the first class will be published here. Course Literature and Schedules
Literature lists and schedules for courses will be published on the Student Portal. Syllabi are available through the University's Course Catalogue: www.uu.se/utbildning/utbildningar/selma/sok/?styp=3&single=1.
To apply to the Master of Humanities in Musicology program, or any of our Master-level courses, please visit www.antagning.se and select Uppsala University and the semester of study you're interested in. More information about the Master program can be found at http://master.hum-sam.uu.se.
