The Bachelor Programme in Musicology is a three-year undergraduate programme which gives you the knowledge needed to be able to work in different areas of music life, as well as laying the foundation for a career as a scholar. During four of the six semesters, you take classes within musicology, such as music history, music theory, world music and popular music. During the other two semesters, you can choose either to take classes at other departments or universities, or you can work as a trainee somewhere in the field of music. Most of the teaching is in Swedish, but international applicants are still welcome, provided that they fulfill the general entry requirements. For more information about the programme, please contact either the student counselor at firstname.lastname@example.org, or the Director of undergraduate studies at email@example.com.
